In differing capacities, I have been a client of The House Watchers for a number of years, ever since good friends of ours (now former Winchester residents) recommended Frank and his team to us. We initially used them seasonally when out of state. More recently, upon our recommendation, the company became full time for my parent’s Winchester home after my father’s fall and their, believed to be temporary, move to respite/assisted living. HW monitored my parent’s home weekly for what turned into two and a half years. Weekly reports were provided and my parents, and later us family, were able to feel confident that the house was in good hands. My father has now passed, and the house recently sold, but The House Watchers continued to check on it until just days before the RE closing. Thank you!
